º Modificar parcialmente el Decreto 397 del 18 de febrero de 1994, en su artículo 9º, el cual quedará así: " Articulo 9° PORTE DE ARMAS . Las autoridades militares de que trata el artículo 32 del Decreto-ley 2535 de 1993 adoptarán las medidas necesarias para la suspensión general de los permisos para el porte de armas en todo el territorio nacional, durante los días 12, 13 y 14 de marzo de 1994, sin perjuicio de las autorizaciones especiales que durante esas fechas expidan las mismas."
