LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 12. Tabla de enfermedades profesionales. Tabla de Enfermedades Profesionales adoptada por el artículo 201 del Código Sustantivo del Trabajo, se aplicará a los empleados oficiales, en todo el caos a que hubiere lugar de conformidad con la ley.

Parágrafo

Las enfermedades profesionales no comprendidas en la mencionada Tabla serán calificadas en cada caso por el servicio médico especializado de la entidad de previsión a al cual esté afiliado el empleado oficial por la Sección Medicina del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, en caso de controversia judicial sobre la calificación.
