º. Prestaciones Sociales. Los empleados públicos de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil tendrán derecho a disfrutar de las prestaciones que vienen percibiendo, de conformidad con las normas vigentes. A los funcionarios que actualmente se rigen por la Ley 100 de 1993, así como a los que ingresen a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil con posterioridad a la publicación del presente decreto, les será aplicable la precitada Ley 100 de 1993.
