Otros actos notariales. Las capitulaciones, la constitución, disolución y liquidación de la sociedad patrimonial de compañeros permanentes, continuarán realizándose ante Notario, mediante Escritura Pública, en la forma prevista en las Leyes 54 de 1990 y 979 de 2005.
