Cuando se ignore el domicilio del técnico constructor cuya licencia y matrícula se haya pedido cancelar o cuyo ejercicio profesional se solicite suspender, o dicho técnico se oculte, se entenderá citado mediante aviso que, con intervalo de ocho días, se publique al menos dos veces en un periódico de circulación nacional.
