Art. 1.° Cédese a la compañía de navegación por vapor del dique de Cartajena, por el tiempo que dure el privilejio dé que goza actualmente, el uso de la Aguada, Almacén i Arsenal de Marina, existentes en la misma ciudad de Cartajena. Dichas propiedades volverán al dominio pleno de la Nación, con las mejoras que en ellas se hubieren verificado, a la terminación del mencionado privilejio.
