La Administración de Hacienda Nacional del Distrito Capital proveerá oportunamente á los Administradores de Circuito de Hacienda Nacional de los esqueletos de patentes y guías de que trata este Decreto, á fin de que sean convenientemente distribuidos entre los funcionarios que deben expedirlas.
