Acción Disciplinaria

Acción disciplinaria. La acción disciplinaria es obligatoria, oficiosa, e indivisible. Iniciada la investigación debe terminar con fallo de responsabilidad, absolución, cesación de procedimiento o auto inhibitorio. Si al culminar el proceso, el inculpado se hallaré en situación de retiro, el informativo se remitirá a su hoja de vida para que obre como antecedente.

Parágrafo

Cuando se proceda en virtud de queja o informe, no es requisito indispensable su ratificación.
