El Cuerpo Diplomático será invitado a la apertura anual del Congreso y al Tedéum que se celebrará en la Basílica Primada el 1º de enero y el 20 de julio. El 1º de enero y el 20 de julio será recibido, en comunidad, por el Presidente de la República, a la hora que éste designe.
