°. Objeto . El presente decreto tiene por objeto establecer el reglamento técnico de emergencia, a través del cual se señalan los requisitos sanitarios que deben cumplir los interesados en importar o fabricar dentro del territorio nacional antivenenos que se utilicen en el tratamiento de accidentes causados por animales ponzoñosos, en el trámite de registro sanitario ante el Invima, así como adoptar la “Guía de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura para la fabricación de Antivenenos” que contiene los requisitos y criterios para que los interesados se certifiquen en Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) ante el Invima.
