º. Las reuniones de las que trata el presente Decreto sólo podrán efectuarse en el día, hora y lugar para los cuales se autoricen. Sin embargo, una vez otorgado el permiso, el Alcalde de la localidad respectiva, previa consulta con el Gobernador, por razones de orden público y mediante providencia motivada, podrá fijar hora y sitio de reunión diferentes a los señalados en la autorización. Contra esta providencia no cabe ningún recurso.
