Art. 131. El Juez debe de oficio o a solicitud de cualquiera persona mandar practicar todas las pruebas que se pidan o que estime convenientes para el mejor esclarecimiento de los hechos, para lo cual señalará un término que no exceda de veinte días. Practicadas las pruebas extenderá a continuación un informe de todo lo que le conste sobre los hechos, idoneidad de los testigos y demás restantes circunstancias conducentes a formar juicio acertado, expondrá además su parecer acerca de la petición del solicitante y remitirá el expediente durante el mes de Marzo al Gran Consejo Electoral.
