Art. 282. El esportador de electos del país que no presente en oportunidad al Administrador de la Aduana de Cúcuta sus respectivos manifiestos, conforme al artículo 281, pagará un impuesto de diez centavos por cada bulto ; este impuesto lo recaudará el Administrador inmediatamente que note falta, con vista del cuadro de esportaciones que mensualmente debe presentar el Inspector de las bodegas del puerto.
