Las disposiciones de los artículos anteriores se refieren solamente a quienes deban ser inscritos en el Escalafón, por no tener en él ninguna categoría vigente. Para efecto de ascensos sólo se tendrán en cuenta los cuatro años de servicio establecidos por el artículo 30 de la Ley 97, contados a partir de la fecha de la última resolución de clasificación, ya se trate de maestros escalafonados al amparo de las disposiciones anteriores a la Ley 97 o a las reguladas por ésta.
