El Artículo 43 Del Decreto 1471 De 1986, Quedará Así: “artículo 43

Decreto 1823 de 1990 · por el cual se desarrollan los artículos 9° y 36 de la Ley 109 de 1985 y se subrogan los artículos 38, 42 y 43 del Decreto 1471 de 1986.

El artículo 43 del Decreto 1471 de 1986, quedará así: “Artículo 43. Los pagos que los usuarios industriales deben realizar a personas naturales o jurídicas residenciadas o domiciliadas en el territorio aduanero por concepto de prestación de servicios, se efectuarán en moneda legal colombiana, con el producto de la venta de divisas convertibles al Banco de la República.

Parágrafo

En ningún caso, los usuarios industriales podrán realizar operaciones en moneda extranjera con personas naturales o jurídicas residenciadas o domiciliadas en el territorio aduanero, a menos que se trate de operaciones de cambio exterior legalmente autorizadas”.
