Artículo Primero , El término de un año de que disfrutan las compañías pesqueras establecidas en Colombia para iniciar la nacionalización de los barcos fletados de bandera extranjera, de que trata el articulo 31 del Decreto 0376 de 1957. Se contará a partir de la fecha del registro de la escritura social en la correspondiente Cámara de Comercio, cuando se trate de empresas constituidas con posterioridad a la vigencia de este decreto.
