Como consecuencia de la autorización otorgada en el artículo anterior, el Instituto de Planificación y Promoción de Soluciones Energéticas, IPSE, transferirá a la Nación - Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público - acciones de la Empresa Distribuidora del Pacífico S. A. ESP. Dispac S. A. ESP, por el valor nominal de cien mil pesos ($100.000,oo) moneda legal colombiana cada una y hasta la concurrencia de la suma de veintiséis mil millones de pesos ($26.000.000.000) moneda legal colombiana.
