Art. 2.° Si optare por la compra de la Empresa, el Gobierno podrá disponer de la cantidad necesaria para tal efecto, la cual se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto actual, y se observarán las bases establecidas para el caso en la escritura pública número 460, de 2 de Marzo de 1903, otorgada en la Notaría 2.ª de este Circuito entre los Sres. Ministro de Hacienda y Gerente de la Compañía del Acueducto.
