Es prohibido a los veterinarios prescribir las drogas de que trata esta Ley y las jeringuillas o agujas hipodérmicas, para el uso de seres humanos; y a los dentistas, prescribirlas para usos distintos de los que se relacionan estrictamente con su profesión.
