Los actos de elección realizados por la Asamblea General y las Asambleas Seccionales y los actos de administración del Consejo Directivo, podrán impugnarse dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a su realización, ante la Dirección Nacional del Derecho de Autor por cualquiera de los asociados cuando no se ajuste a la ley o a los estatutos.
