Los contratos que se celebren sobre las maderas destinadas a los trabajos del ferrocarril del Pacifico quedan exceptuados de las formalidades prescritas por el Código Fiscal, siempre que la cuantía de dichos contratos no exceda de quinientos pesos ($ 500).
