De la Superintendencia cíe Segures de Salud. Con el fin de ejercer ha estricto control y una eficiente vigilancia de la administración de los servicios y prestaciones de la salud correspondiente a los Seguros Sociales Obligatorios y de su conformidad con las normas del Sistema Nacional de Salud, créase la Superintendencia de Seguros de Salud, adscrita al Ministerio de Salud.
