Decreto 2863 de 1994 · por el cual se reglamenta parcialmente los artículos 74 y 77 de la Ley 101 de 1993

º . Para los efectos del artículo 77 de la Ley 101 de 1993, se entiende por personal a cargo aquellas que dan derecho a recibir subsidio familiar en dinero, conforme al artículo 27 de la Ley 21 de 1982, y por los cuales se haya pagado dicho subsidio dentro del respectivo ejercicio. Por recaudo anual se entiende el reporte total de las Cajas de lo recibido por aportes para el Subsidio Familiar proveniente del sector primario, durante la vigencia del año inmediatamente anterior.

Parágrafo

Los reportes que deberán hacer las Cajas de Compensación Familiar, para este efecto, se entenderán mes a mes.
