La Vicepresidencia de Crédito y Cartera es la dependencia encargada de prestar un servicio crediticio de la más alta calidad, teniendo en cuenta los estándares de mercado y los indicadores de eficiencia y efectividad. Ejercer la administración de la cartera de manera que se evidencien de manera oportuna los problemas, gestionar la cartera de manera especializada por segmentos cuando los pagos no se produzcan en forma normal.
