Levantamiento de la limitación de afiliación a las EPS con autorización especial. La limitación para realizar la afiliación de nuevos usuarios y aceptar traslados en el régimen subsidiado de las Entidades Promotoras de Salud con autorización especial o quien haga sus veces, de que trata el parágrafo 2° del artículo 2.5.2.3.5.6. de este decreto, no será aplicable a partir de la expedición del presente acto administrativo; sin embargo, se mantendrá la limitación para recibir afiliados del régimen subsidiado en el proceso de asignación de afiliados, referido en el parágrafo anteriormente citado.
