º. Decretadas e impuestas las multas a que se refiere el artículo 2º del Decreto 2144 de 1978, los contraventores tendrán un término de veinte (20) días hábiles siguientes a la ejecutoria de la respectiva resolución para cancelar las multas. Si lo hicieren serán puestos en libertad, previa diligencia en que se les amoneste sobre su conducta antisocial. Si las multas no fueren pagadas dentro del término anteriormente indicado, el Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario las conmutará por arresto a razón de un (1) día por cada quinientos pesos ($ 500.00) sin exceder de cinco (5) años.
