Campo de aplicación. Las normas del presente capítulo se aplican a las actuaciones administrativas que adelanten los Inspectores del Trabajo y Seguridad Social, las Direcciones Territoriales, Oficinas Especiales del Ministerio del Trabajo, la Unidad de Investigaciones Especiales, y la Dirección de Riesgos Laborales de ese mismo Ministerio por infracción a las normas de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo y Riesgos Laborales.
