Artículo l.° Para el efecto del pago de las eventualidades de los empleados de Aduanas y Salinas, de que tratan los Decretos 246 de 1905 y 1130 de 1907, tómese como promedia mensual para el presente año el producto de dichas rentas en el año de 1905.
