La persona llamada transitoriamente a reemplazar a un empleado que se ausente temporalmente del trabajo por enfermedad, vacaciones, etc., y aquellas que se ocuparen en trabajos ocasionales, no gozará de las indemnizaciones por despido, auxilios, etc., de que tratan la Ley 10 de 1934 y el presente Decreto.
