Los establecimientos bancarios, corporaciones, financieras, compañías de seguros y sociedades de capitalización podrán promover y crear corporaciones privadas de ahorro y vivienda, lo mismo que adquirir y conservar acciones en ellas hasta por un diez por cierto (10%) del capital y reserva legal de aquéllos. Los directores y gerentes de estos establecimientos podrán hacer parte de los organismos directivos de las corporaciones.
