Para los efectos de esta Ley el reconocimiento y pago de los sueldos regirá desde el 20 de julio de 1940, y la Comisión de la Mesa del Senado queda autorizada para fijar la nomenclatura y cuantía de aquéllos, dentro del límite señalado.
