Ley 26 de 1968 · por la cual se aprueba el "Convenio Internacional del Café de 1968", según fue aprobado por el Consejo Internacional del Café en virtud de la Resolución número 164 de 19 de febrero de 1968.

ARTICULO 61

Ratificación.

El presente Convenio quedará sujeto a aprobación, ratificación o aceptación por los gobiernos signatarios, o por cualquier otra Parte Contratante del Convenio Internacional del Café de 1962, de conformidad con sus respectivos procedimientos constitucionales. Con excepción de lo dispuesto en el párrafo 2) del artículo 62, los instrumentos de aprobación, ratificación o aceptación serán depositados en poder del Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas a más tardar el 30 de septiembre de 1968.
