En los términos de los artículos 211 de la Constitución Política, el Presidente de la República podrá delegar en el Director General del Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, en los gobernadores y en los alcaldes, el ejercicio de las funciones de inspección y vigilancia prevista en la Ley 49 de 1993 y en la presente Ley.
