Los institutos de postgrado que estén funcionando en forma autónoma con personería jurídica al entrar en vigencia el presente Decreto, dispondrán de un año para cumplir las exigencias previstas en el artículo anterior. No obstante, solo podrán otorgar títulos de especialización previa aprobación del ICFES y mediante convenio con una institución de educación superior que llene los requisitos a que e refiere el artículo 26 y los demás de ley.
