El control administrativo de la ejecución presupuestaria será ejercido por el Gerente General de Puertos de Colombia, quien velará además porque la ejecución de los planes y programas del mismo se adelanten conforme a las disposiciones previstas en la ley, decretos reglamentarios, los presentes Estatutos y las disposiciones posteriores de la Junta Directiva.
