Artículo segundo. Modifícase el artículo primero, Capítulo III, Equipo construcción y dotación de las colectividades locales, literal k), del Decreto número 246 del 13 de febrero de 1967, en el sentido de utilizar la partida de cien mil pesos moneda corriente ($100.000.00) asignada para un puente en la localidad de Corral de Piedra, para la construcción del acueducto en la misma población.
