ARTICULO 223. Grados honorarios. El Gobierno podrá conferir grados policiales con carácter exclusivamente honorarios, a ciudadanos colombianos y a Oficiales, Suboficiales, Alumnos y personajes extranjeros que hayan prestado servicios eminentes a la Policía Nacional de acuerdo con reglamentación que expida el Gobierno.
