Para la determinación del valor comercial de los vehículos automotores, el Instituto Nacional de Transporte -INTRA-, establecerá anualmente una tabla con los valores correspondientes. Para vehículos no contemplados en esta tabla, el propietario deberá solicitar el valor comercial al INTRA.
