º Las investigaciones por perdidas, extravío, expoliación, despojo o avería de cualquier envío postal ordinario del Exterior con destino a Colombia y los destinados al Exterior introducidos en las oficinas postales de la República, corresponderá adelantarlas a la sección internacional del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, sujetándose al procedimiento indicado en este Decreto.
