Auméntese a quinientos pesos ($ 500) oro, y elevase a mil quinientos pesos ($ 1.500) la base y el máximum de emisión para el servicio de giros postales, en la Agencia Postal de Santa María. por no ser suficientes las partidas de cien pesos ($ 100) y setecientos cincuenta pesos ($ 750), respectivamente, que hoy tiene para tal servicio.
