- INTERDICCION JUDICIAL. Una vez quede en firme la declaratoria de interdicción judicial para un Alcalde, proferida por parte del juez competente, dicho Alcalde perderá su investidura como tal, el Gobernador correspondiente tomará las medidas conducentes a hacer efectivo el cese de funciones del mismo, a partir de la fecha de la ejecutoria de la sentencia (Ley 136 de 1994, art. 103).
