Las ventas se avisarán al público señalando día y hora, con anticipación de diez (10) días. Y cuando se trate de lotes de importancia se hará conocer previamente del Gobierno la existencia de ellos con bastante anticipación, a fin de hacer conocer la oferta por medio de la prensa nacional y del Diario Oficial . En todo caso no se procederá al remate sin la autorización del Ministerio de Hacienda.
