Los Inspectores de Impuestos a que se refiere la presente Ley, quedan investidos de jurisdicción coactiva y podrán hacer uso de ella cuando así lo determinen las Superintendencias de Impuestos sobre la Renta o los Administradores de Hacienda, y con el objeto de hacer efectivas las sumas que se adeuden al Fisco.
