Para transmitir anuncios publicitarios de índole comercial de productos industriales, mediante estaciones de radiodifusión sonora y de televisión, deberá antes presentarse una certificación al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, con la cual se acredite que el producto es de fabricación nacional o que su importación está autorizada. La Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio dará la certificación concerniente al primer caso, y el Instituto Colombiano de Comercio Exterior en lo referente al segundo.
