Toda actuación en el proceso penal debe empezar con el nombre de la entidad que la practica, con indicación de lugar, hora, día, mes y año en que se realice y debe ser firmada por el correspondiente titular.

Si se trata de resolución, auto o sentencia deberá llevar la firma del juez y su secretario.
