Prescriben a los tres años en favor de las asociaciones de autores y en contra de los socios, los derechos o las percepciones cobradas por ellas, notificadas personalmente al interesado. En el caso de percepciones o derechos de autores del extranjero regirá el principio de la reciprocidad.
