Intercambio de información. Proceso mediante el cual las entidades en el marco de sus funciones constitucionales y legales efectúan el intercambio de datos para el cumplimiento del objeto del presente Decreto. Para efectuar el intercambio de información, las entidades podrán hacer uso del mecanismo que consideren idóneo para el efecto, como convenios, cronogramas, protocolos, entre otros, siempre y cuando cumplan los requisitos establecidos en la normatividad vigente.
