Artículo vigésimo. La Imprenta cobrará a las entidades oficiales por los trabajos que ejecute, un diez por ciento (10%) más sobre los costos totales de la obra, con el objeto de acrecentar el Fondo de Trabajo a que se refiere el Artículo 3° del presente Decreto, hasta que aquél alcance la suma de cinco millones de pesos ($ 5.000.000.00). los trabajos que se ejecuten para los particulares se harán al precio comercial corriente.
