Es prohibido a los botes que gocen de patente, para pescar con escafandro, llevar a buzos de cabeza que no figuren en el personal de la tripulación. Este personal debe ser el estrictamente necesario, y en él no pueden ir sino los vigilantes o inspectores y los empresarios.
