Art. 4.° En todo caso en que antes de dictarse fallo definitivo por la Comisión, opine el Sr. Procurador general que deben practicarse nuevas pruebas, ó ampliarse las producidas, la Comisión lo dispondrá así para el efecto de que tales reconocimientos consulten la mayor seguridad para el Fisco.
